Metallic Green Branching Hammer Coral (small colony)
Small colony with several heads. Coral has tentacles that extend to about 3.5 inches.
Hammer Corals are a type of large polyp stony (LPS) coral with long, fleshy tentacles with tips shaped like hammers growing from its skeleton. A hammer is aesthetically a great addition to a tank because of the way it sways in the water.
Hammers can be somewhat aggressive due to the sweeper tentacles they let out, so it is best to place these only next to other euphyllia, and provide ample room between it and other corals.
