Shipping & Guarantee
Perfect Corals guarantees the perfect health and delivery of your specimens, and will issue a refund or store credit for the amount spent on the order (excluding shipping costs).
Photos of species that are dead on arrival must be taken and submitted within 24 hours in your care after the first delivery attempt. Subsequent delivery attempts will void our guarantee.

Although we work with our customers to ensure satisfaction on a case-by-case basis, our guarantee excludes issues beyond our control that may affect timely arrival, including (but not limited to) all of the below:
- Mechanical or other problems associated with the delivery service
- Delays due to inclement weather
- Other accidents/acts of nature
- Customer's late pickup or other emergencies that prevented timely pickup by the customer
All sales are first come, first serve due to the limited nature of our inventory. No sale is considered final until full payment is received. An expressed (written, verbal or other) interest in item cannot be taken to reserve any item without payment.
Refunds can be issued prior to an item being shipped or picked up.

All online orders shipped via Fedex priority overnight.
Local pickup can be arranged - please contact us to coordinate.
Shipping rates will vary based on location and package weight/dimensions, generally around $45.00 for out of state deliveries.
Florida shipping: $25 flat rate.
Saturday deliveries will require an extra $15 charge.
Free shipping on all direct and website orders over $300 - purchases may be combined to total up to $300 (excludes items purchased through E-Bay unless combining with items purchased directly or through website. Message us to coordinate). We will notify you if extra shipping charges will apply depending on the weight/size of the items being shipped.
A copy of your tracking number will be sent to you in order to track the package.
Please notify us if you will have the item shipped to a Fedex hold facility - we will send you a message as soon as the item has arrived.
